We have undergone many house renovations.

 

The basement carpet has been torn out and the underlaying cement has been acid washed/stained.  The Chapter Room floor was replaced with an epoxy sand mix including a 4x6 foot Sigma Nu made of gold sand in the middle of the floor.

 

The Pool Room has been changed with the acid washed/stained floors, new sheet rock walls, and a new bar lining the room.  The bar is elbow height with diamond plating to give it a contemporary upscale look.

 

The bar in the Pit will be rebuilt early in the school year.

The Bathroom will also be renovated with new flooring, tiles and bathroom facilities.
